Hi, I'm Molly...You're in the right place.

Fourteen years ago, I left the U.S. and moved to the jungles of Panama. No electricity, no running water—just the ocean, the sun, and a dream. I learned to live off-grid, raise my daughter, and build a coconut soap company with the Indigenous women of the island.

It wasn’t always easy. I walked through burnout, emotional chaos, and seasons of loss. But in those breaking moments, I discovered something life-changing: a rhythm of living that heals the nervous system, restores balance, and makes space for joy again.

Today, I bring that lived wisdom together with my formal training in Health Coaching and ongoing Health Science studies at the Medical University of South Carolina. There, I’m learning to use advanced AI platforms to identify patterns and support precision in wellness—bridging ancient rhythms with modern science.

My mission? To help you reset your nervous system, reclaim your energy, and build a sustainable rhythm of wellness that lasts.
